About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Medical Reporting Inc. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including coordinating the flow of information, opening and distributing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate with patients and healthcare providers as needed.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure the medical office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a clinic setting. We offer a comprehensive health care plan and a dynamic work environment.
