Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting our client groups, providing expert guidance on human resource matters, and driving the development and implementation of effective programs and initiatives. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a mid-level professional with a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a multi-faceted environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee and Labour Relations: Provide guidance and support to client groups on employee relations, labour relations, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement effective employee performance and development strategies.
- Disability Case Management: Assist with the management of non-occupational disability cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Training and Development: Participate in the needs analysis, planning, and coordination of employee training and development programs.
- HR Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of human resources experience, with a strong background in employee and labour relations, recruitment, and training.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employee and labour relations, recruitment, health and safety, disability management, compensation, benefits, and training. Fluency in French is considered an asset.
