At Bronte Construction, the HR Generalist is more than a role; it's a mission. In this position, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting a spectrum of activities from recruitment to policy implementation. **A Day in the Life**:

- Engage in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and manage meticulous employee records and HR documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
