Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to enhance our Monetization & Platform Track within the product division. This track is pivotal in advancing our business models, which include programmatic advertising, in-app purchases, and subscription services, alongside essential platform functionalities such as story moderation and user notifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team to develop, refine, and manage various advertising and premium offerings.
  • Contribute to the strategic product roadmap for the Monetization Track.
  • Drive performance metrics aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Facilitate a comprehensive product discovery process to understand user, partner, and stakeholder requirements, continuously validating assumptions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to articulate, implement, and iterate on effective solutions.
  • Gain deep insights into user interactions with our monetization strategies while prioritizing challenges and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with a team of over ten product managers to ensure a seamless and integrated user experience for our extensive user base.
  • Establish strong interdepartmental relationships to collaboratively address challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management.
  • Understanding of technology systems and their applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate user pain points into actionable insights.
  • Passion for storytelling and its impact on audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Curiosity and a desire to validate assumptions through data and discussions.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, or UX Design is an asset.
