Position Overview: We are in search of a Senior Product Manager, Data Monetization who is adept at transforming user insights into profitable revenue streams. This role will be pivotal in leading our new team focused on responsibly monetizing user data through strategic collaborations with advertising technology vendors and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive First Party Data product strategy from inception to market, ensuring user privacy and compliance are prioritized. You will have the autonomy to influence company-wide objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team. Promote a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages creativity and calculated risk-taking.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Ad Sales, and Revenue Operations to assess and select suitable third-party verification and measurement partners.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Take ownership of key performance metrics and objectives to gauge success. Design experimentation frameworks, analyze results, and iterate quickly to enhance features and maximize impact.
  • User Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs and advocate for solutions that address their challenges and boost engagement. Ensure the quality of your product positively influences user experience and application performance.
  • Executive Engagement: Manage expectations of stakeholders and collaborate with C-level executives to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of TextNow.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Product Leader: Over 7 years of experience with a proven track record in monetizing customer data at scale.
  • Dynamic Leader: A proactive and energetic leader who inspires urgency and enthusiasm within their team.
  • Advocate for Experimentation: A strong proponent of experimentation who thrives in a fast-paced setting, fostering an environment that values creativity and risk-taking.
  • Ad Measurement Specialist: Expertise in the iOS/Android advertising technology landscape, with a focus on gathering and analyzing First Party Data, audience verification, and advertising metrics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to leverage data to create scalable monetization strategies from both B2C and B2B perspectives.
  • Effective Communicator: Capable of navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Comprehensive Product Management: Proven experience leading the product development lifecycle, from concept through to optimization.
  • Preferred Background: Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist transitioning into Product Management.
