About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned mobile product leader to join our Revenue pod as a Senior Product Manager - Data Monetization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of TextNow's new revenue streams and enhance the experience for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop a clear First Party Data product strategy from conception to market, ensuring user privacy and compliance are paramount.
  • High-Performance Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cross-functional team of top performers, fostering a high-energy, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
  • Partnering with the Pros: Partner closely with Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Ad Sales, and Revenue Operations on the evaluation and selection of eligible third-party verification, audience, and measurement partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Own the outcomes, key metrics, and OKRs to measure success, developing experimentation plans, analyzing, and iterating rapidly to optimize features and achieve maximum impact.
  • Voice of the Customer: Become an expert in the needs of our users and partners, advocating for a user-centric approach that solves pain points and drives engagement.
  • Executive Partnerships: Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate directly with C-level executives to drive clarity and alignment with our company strategy.
Requirements
  • Seasoned Mobile Product Leader: 7+ years of experience, including a record of accomplishment monetizing customer data at scale.
  • Accept the Challenge: A positive, high-energy leader who instills a sense of urgency and excitement in their team.
  • Experimentation Evangelist: A champion of experimentation who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fostering an environment where creativity and calculated risk-taking are encouraged.
  • Ad Measurement Expert: Specialization across the iOS/Android ad tech ecosystem, with expertise gathering and measuring First Party Data, audience verification, advertising engagement metrics, attribution, brand lift, and brand safety across ad networks and data brokers.
  • Technical Acumen: Delve deep into data, leveraging it to design scalable monetization solutions from both B2C and B2B angles.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Comfortable with ambiguity, influencing and aligning stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Proven ability to lead the product development lifecycle, articulating what and why to your pod and stakeholders.
