About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our monetization strategy and drive revenue growth at Okta, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive monetization strategy to drive revenue growth and scale our business to $4B+
  • Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and GTM teams to craft new packaging and pricing strategy proposals
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing and revenue optimization strategies across products, services, geos, and routes to market
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive business impact
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, pricing, strategic finance, corporate strategy, deal strategy & value management, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise software company
  • 5+ years in a monetization/pricing strategy role with experience managing strategy & execution for pricing waterfalls from list to net prices
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience using analytics and BI solutions (e.g. Tableau)
