About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our sales leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
    • Develop and implement sales performance metrics to measure success and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and management.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
