About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our sales leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Sales Operations
    • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to inform business decisions
    • Identify and implement sales technology solutions to enhance sales performance
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement and relationship-building
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
