Executive Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our sales leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Sales Operations
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics to inform business decisions
- Identify and implement sales technology solutions to enhance sales performance
- Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement and relationship-building
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Competitive Compensation
- Salary range: $500,001 - $1,500,000
