Executive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
