About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our industrial equipment division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product offerings
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an outside sales or sales management role, preferably in industrial equipment sales
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure equipment and related accessories and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
