About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Plexxis ERP Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our Plexxis WinBid and RTO system (Estimating Software) and provide expert support to customers.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software implementations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, support, and training, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our software and support services.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Leverage your construction industry experience and knowledge to provide valuable insights and support to customers.
Requirements
  • Construction Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, concrete, carpentry, or general contracting.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in using software applications, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and estimating software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
