About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on our ERP software, including the Plexxis WinBid and RTO system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the software, and work with clients to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
  • Interact with clients to provide support, training, and presentations, and to gather feedback on the implementation process.
  • Prioritize obtaining client feedback and opinions on the success of the implementation.
  • Contribute to creating exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by providing outstanding customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Construction experience, preferably in framing, acoustical ceilings, concrete, carpentry, or general contracting.
  • General construction principles and knowledge.
  • Genuine interest in transitioning from a field-based role to an office setting and into a technical role.
  • Customer care skills, with a genuine desire to help people.
