The Support Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a professional, customer-facing position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve software-related questions in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
