About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our clients on our Plexxis ERP Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and become proficient in all aspects of the Plexxis WinBid and RTO system, including estimating software.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, and diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to implementations.
  • Successfully interact with customers to provide support, training, and presentations.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback on the progress of implementation.
  • Prioritize obtaining a client's opinion of a successful implementation.
  • Contribute to creating exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Requirements
  • Mandatory experience in construction, including framing, acoustical ceilings, concrete, carpentry, or general contracting.
  • General construction principles and knowledge.
  • Genuine interest in transitioning from a field-based role to an office setting and into a tech role.
  • Customer care skills, with a genuine desire to help people.
