About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their software-related questions are resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including its features, functionalities, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer software-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff or technical teams as needed.
  • Communication: Effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person support, providing clear and concise solutions to their software-related queries.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support and experience.
Requirements
