About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their software-related questions are resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and stay up-to-date with system updates and enhancements.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer software-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide support, training, and presentations.
  • Issue Logging: Log all service desk issues and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office skills and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
