About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to clients on our Plexxis ERP software
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to software implementations
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Interact with clients to offer support, training, and presentations
  • Prioritize obtaining client feedback on implementation progress
  • Contribute to creating exceptional Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Requirements:

  • Construction experience, preferably in framing, acoustical ceilings, concrete, or carpentry
  • General construction principles
  • Genuine interest in transitioning from the field to an office setting into a tech role
  • Customer care skills, with a genuine desire to help people
