About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers, ensuring their software-related questions are resolved in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues, providing clear and concise solutions to customers.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Issue Logging: Log all service desk issues, ensuring accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the Plexxis ERP system.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP system experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
