Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Food and Beverage Operations: Determine menu offerings, manage inventory, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor legislation, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, negotiate with clients, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong leadership abilities.
