Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the restaurant.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
