ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and advancing digital transformation efforts. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to pinpoint opportunities, devise strategies, and implement solutions that align with our corporate objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Process Optimization, the successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and teamwork while also being capable of working independently. They will support all service centers with performance metrics and will be adaptable in transitioning between operational tasks and other responsibilities as needed. This role is critical in influencing key performance indicators that Trimac aims to achieve, requiring effective communication to identify challenges and provide status updates. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of analytics will be beneficial. Some travel may be necessary for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management applications (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting operational systems.
  • Implement strategic changes to ensure effective delivery of business services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to maintain and enhance current software products for optimal use.
  • Review existing standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to boost company performance.
  • Assist in training related to existing and updated standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in onboarding processes for strategic initiatives within operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends and insights related to business processes and performance.
  • Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a consulting or corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business process enhancement, and project management.
