THE ROLE
We are in pursuit of a motivated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate the planning and execution of transformation projects aimed at refining business operations, improving customer interactions, and advancing digital initiatives. The Business Transformation Analyst will collaborate with various teams to pinpoint opportunities, devise strategies, and implement solutions that resonate with our organizational objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Process Optimization, this individual will be proactive and team-oriented while also capable of taking the lead on their own initiatives. They will align and support all service centers with performance metrics and possess the flexibility to transition between operational and non-traditional service tasks as necessary. This role will directly influence the performance indicators that Trimac aims to achieve, providing insights and assistance where required. Effective communication is crucial for identifying challenges and reporting progress. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics will be advantageous. Some travel may be necessary for this position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Actively participate as a subject matter expert in supporting and troubleshooting operational systems.
  • Implement strategic changes to ensure effective delivery of business services.
  • Collaborate with the development team to maintain and enhance current software products for optimal use.
  • Examine existing standard operating procedures and recommend enhancements to boost company performance.
  • Assist in training for both existing and newly revised standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in onboarding for strategic tasks within the operations teams.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to business processes and performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business process enhancement, and project management.
