The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Transformation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives aimed at improving business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives to improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business processes and performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business process improvement, and project management.
