ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at refining business operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and spearheading digital transformation efforts. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to pinpoint opportunities, devise strategies, and implement solutions that align with our organizational objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Quality and Process Optimization, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player capable of leading initiatives independently. This role will involve aligning and supporting all service centers with key performance metrics and demonstrating flexibility between operational and non-traditional service tasks as necessary. The candidate will have a direct influence on performance indicators that Trimac aims to achieve and will provide insights in critical areas as needed. Effective communication is essential for identifying challenges and reporting progress. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of analytics will be advantageous. Some travel may be required for this position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Actively participate as a subject matter expert in supporting and troubleshooting operational systems.
- Implement strategic organizational changes to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with the development team to maintain and enhance current software products for optimal use.
- Evaluate existing standard operating procedures and recommend enhancements to boost company performance.
- Assist in training for existing and updated standard operating procedures.
- Engage in onboarding processes for strategic tasks within operations.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business processes and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a master's degree is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within a consulting or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, business process enhancement, and project management.
