Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in achieving revenue goals across various platforms, including Broadcast, Digital, and Connected TV.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop forecasts and strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with agencies to strengthen relationships and drive renewal discussions in the Montreal market.
  • Oversee the management of significant agreements with agency partners to ensure compliance and success.
  • Inspire and motivate the media sales team to reach and surpass regional revenue objectives.
  • Work alongside other Directors to devise effective market strategies.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and intelligence.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans for key clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Utilize Client Solutions to enhance market share.
  • Support the Vice President of National Sales in various initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and internal business teams.
  • Represent the organization at regional councils and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Implement a consultative sales approach that aligns with consumer needs and revenue growth.
  • Identify long-term opportunities and establish a sales roadmap to leverage them.
  • Empower sales leads to make informed decisions at the appropriate levels.
  • Focus on achieving established KPIs, including financial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Promote the adoption of tools and training across all platforms.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration through Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide training for key account management and negotiation to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize revenue planning reports for better financial understanding.
  • Leverage insights for smarter proposals and improved customer service.
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment among platform leads and their teams.
  • Manage budgets and market expenditures effectively.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Contract Length: Regular Position
Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
