We are on the lookout for a Director of Media Sales to spearhead our initiatives in the Eastern region. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering our sales efforts and achieving our ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities...
  1. Deliver revenue and growth targets across various platforms, including Broadcast, Digital, and Connected TV.
  2. Work closely with internal teams to develop forecasts and strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
  3. Engage with agencies to foster relationships and support contract renewals in the Eastern market.
  4. Oversee high-volume agreements with agency partners to ensure compliance and achievement of targets.
  5. Lead and motivate the media sales team to exceed revenue goals.
  6. Collaborate with other Directors to align on regional sales strategies.
  7. Analyze the competitive landscape to provide insights and drive strategic decisions.
  8. Develop tailored account plans for key clients to enhance relationships and meet their objectives.
  9. Utilize Client Solutions and Multiplatform Solutions to maximize market share.
  10. Support the VP of National Sales in strategic initiatives.
  11. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and internal teams.
  12. Represent the organization at regional councils and strategic planning sessions.
  13. Implement a consultative sales approach to adapt to evolving consumer needs.
  14. Identify long-term growth opportunities and develop actionable sales roadmaps.
  15. Empower sales leads to make informed decisions.
  16. Drive performance against established KPIs, including financial metrics and client satisfaction.
  17. Encourage the adoption of tools and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
  18. Facilitate key account management training for disciplined growth.
  19. Provide negotiation training to optimize revenue outcomes.
  20. Leverage Revenue Planning reports for enhanced understanding of performance.
  21. Utilize insights for smarter proposals and improved customer service.
  22. Foster a collaborative environment among sales teams.
  23. Manage budgets and market expenses effectively.
