Position Summary: Our client, a leading innovator in cooling technologies for the food and beverage sector, is on the lookout for a Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal in transforming the landscape of Scrape Surface Heat Exchangers. The ideal candidate will be immersed in a culture of innovation and teamwork, driving projects from inception to completion.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and synchronize all project timelines and manufacturing schedules, including service offerings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee the timely execution of projects, from manufacturing to installation and testing.
  • Craft comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Track project advancement, pinpoint potential risks, and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that all project goals are achieved, adhering to quality benchmarks, delivery schedules, and budget limitations.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to set, manage, and fulfill their expectations.
  • Proactively address challenges and roadblocks, focusing on solutions and integrating insights for process enhancements.
  • Compile and present regular project status updates to the leadership team.
  • Manage logistics related to the shipment of units to clients.
  • Be prepared to provide backup support for customer quotations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven skills in communication, collaboration, and organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to precision.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
  • PMP certification or enrollment in a related program is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, along with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of food processing or refrigeration equipment is advantageous.
  • History of developing and adhering to project schedules while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination or management.
