About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Rosedale Global High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, supervising education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers, and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research on education policies and programs
    • Develop and implement research methodologies to evaluate curriculum programs
    • Analyze data to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia
    • Produce high-quality reports and documents
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in education policy research or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent research and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and supervision skills
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
