Position Overview

The role of the Education Program Coordinator at Rosedale Global High School involves overseeing and enhancing educational initiatives. This position is essential for ensuring the effectiveness of our educational strategies and policies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years but less than 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research to inform educational practices.
  • Supervise a team of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers.
  • Generate detailed reports on educational outcomes and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate existing education policies and programs.
  • Assess curriculum programs and propose enhancements.
  • Perform statistical analyses to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of educational strategies.
  • Provide expert consulting services to governmental and non-governmental organizations.
  • Deliver informative presentations at various educational events.
  • Oversee office operations and manage volunteer staff.
