About the Role

Rosedale Global High School is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of education policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on education policies and programs to inform decision-making and drive positive change.
  • Policy Analysis: Analyze and evaluate education policies and programs to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement education programs that meet the needs of students and the community.
  • Reporting and Communication: Develop and disseminate reports and other communication materials to stakeholders on education policies and programs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers to ensure the successful implementation of education programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in education policy research and development.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
