Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the academic success of students and contributing to the overall growth and development of our learning centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and services that meet the needs of students and families.
  • Student Support: Provide academic support and guidance to students, including helping them set and achieve academic goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other staff members to achieve the goals and objectives of the learning centre.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum university degree in a related field, such as education, social sciences, or languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in an educational environment, preferably with students of various ages and abilities.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
