Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs for students of all ages and abilities.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and centre staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, assessments, and student learning programs.
  • Liaise with community members, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses, to promote our programs and services.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide support.
  • Ensure that our educational philosophy is upheld throughout the centre.
  • Contribute to the creation of a fun and engaging learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers and staff to promote a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Social Sciences, or Languages.
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and experience working in an educational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
  • Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing excellent service.
