- Distribute resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize and organize the formation of significant departments and senior staff roles.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
- Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
- Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements.
- Select and empower middle managers, directors, or executive personnel.
- Establish financial and administrative oversight, design promotional strategies, and approve comprehensive human resources planning.
- Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word.
- Dynamic setting with stringent deadlines.
- Requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
- Recruit and assist newcomers and refugees.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
- Conduct awareness training for youth in professional settings.
- Facilitate mentorship and networking opportunities for Indigenous employees.
