About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director of Sales and Operations to join our team at 2629333 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
