Position Overview

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail and distribution setting, managing a budget ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions and divisions.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional campaigns, and manage human resources planning.
Team Leadership

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with various software is essential, including:
