About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager, Sales to join our team at 2629333 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
    • Ensure effective inventory control and management of sales resources.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to ensure a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of sales leadership and management.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
