About the Role

Fusion Homes is seeking an exceptional Executive Director, Brand Marketing and Strategy to lead our Marketing team and drive business growth. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our 5-Year Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Oversee the Marketing team, including Brand, Insights, and Projects, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a best-in-class marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.
  • Annual Marketing Planning: Oversee the annual marketing planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of key marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Analytics: Utilize data analytics, reporting, and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Champion and oversee exciting projects, including new community rollouts, employee engagement experiences, and brand development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience across all marketing functions and disciplines.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Elite business acumen, discernment, and decision-making capabilities to support redefining competitive and brand positioning, strengthening market stance, and enhancing brand prestige.
