Position Overview

We are looking for committed individuals to become part of our organization as Full Time/Part-Time Remote Client Support Specialists. The main focus of this position is to accurately input and manage data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage actively in conversations by adhering to both written and verbal instructions.
  • Complete various written tasks and surveys for each panel.
  • Evaluate products and/or services when necessary and be ready to discuss your observations.
  • Input data from diverse sources into our databases with a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency by conducting regular quality assessments.
  • Organize and preserve electronic files and documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely task completion.
  • Adhere to company protocols and procedures for data entry and management.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Access to a smartphone with a functioning camera or a computer equipped with a webcam.
  • A dependable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Prior data entry experience is not mandatory but advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
