As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in aiding individuals in their journey towards successful reintegration into society. Your expertise will be vital in creating and implementing effective rehabilitation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation: Assess the potential for clients' successful community reintegration.
- Program Development: Design and plan rehabilitation initiatives, establishing clear conduct guidelines, objectives, and goals.
- Skills Assessment: Identify clients' relevant strengths and areas for development.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive program statistics for evaluation and research purposes.
- Support Services: Provide assistance to clients with special requirements.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
