Job Title: Benefits Administrator

A leading not-for-profit organization, CB Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Client Support & Grants Specialist to join their team. This position can be remote or office-based, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Reporting to the Manager, the Lead, Client Support & Grants Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Client management and relationship building
  • Program understanding and development
  • Grant management and research
  • Interdepartmental communication and collaboration
  • Email correspondence and template development
  • Team coaching and goal implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in grant or membership roles is preferred
  • Academic background is a plus
  • French bilingualism is advantageous
