Responsibilities

At Jukebox, we are committed to pushing industry limits and providing outstanding service. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator and problem solver with extensive knowledge of the printing sector.

Key Duties

Assisting clients through various communication channels Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction Addressing inquiries related to orders, products, and services Staying informed about Jukebox's offerings Performing front-of-house reception duties as required.

Qualifications

Customer Support Experience: 3 years (in call centers, hospitality, retail, or similar roles) Print/Graphic Communications Experience: 1 year

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Bachelor's Degree

Work Schedule:

The Customer Service Representative role is full-time with standard working hours.
