About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Client Support & Grants Specialist to join our expanding team. This role can be performed remotely or from our office, depending on the individual's preference. As the Lead, Client Support & Grants Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for client management, program offerings, grant management workflow, liaison with various departments, email correspondence, developing effective templates, collaboration, and coaching across teams. You will leverage company program knowledge and grant management procedures to achieve defined goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Program Offerings: Have a thorough understanding of CB Canada's program offerings and be able to communicate their value to clients.
  • Grant Management Workflow: Manage the grant management workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of grants.
  • Liaison with Departments: Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Email Correspondence: Develop and maintain effective email correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Template Development: Develop and maintain effective templates for client communication and grant management.
  • Collaboration and Coaching: Collaborate and coach across teams to achieve defined goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ideal experience in grant or membership management.
  • Previous experience working in an academic environment is an advantage.
  • French bilingualism is an advantage.
