**Key Responsibilities**
As a Field Sales Representative, you will oversee a designated territory of clients within the food retail industry, tasked with the following:

  • Enhancing sales and maintaining existing client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Securing new business by introducing innovative products and attracting new clientele.
  • Educating clients on food safety and sanitation via comprehensive surveys and audits.

**Your Role Includes**

Conducting food safety audits based on the client's required visit frequency (monthly or quarterly) and assessing compliance across departments. Promoting Ecolab products by recommending enhancements to existing offerings and introducing new innovations. Installing and maintaining equipment and marketing materials to ensure optimal functionality and presentation. Completing the Serv-Safe/SuperSafeMark and CP-FS training to achieve certification. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with clients while managing your own schedule independently.

**Position Details**
This is a field-based role requiring travel within the specified territory.
Territory: Barrie, Collingwood, Orillia, Alliston, Midland, and surrounding areas.
Overnight Travel: None required.
Weekend Rotation: Weekend coverage based on client needs approximately once every 13 weeks.

**Minimum Qualifications**

High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in the food industry; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Availability for emergency call assistance, which may occur during nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel to the US for training and meetings. No immigration sponsorship is available. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site policies.

**Physical Requirements**
Regular lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
