- Evaluate daily operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with business goals
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal profitability
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Set staff work schedules and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards

- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Certifications and Licenses
- Smart Serve certification
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and point of sale systems
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
