About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Junction-Indian Street Food. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our Indian street food cuisine, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Work Environment

Fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing high-quality food and service to customers.
