Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces, from formwork to final product. This includes checking formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials, directing the placement of concrete, and operating power vibrators to compact concrete.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired finish.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, and will be exposed to dusty, noisy, and wet/damp environments.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependability and ability to meet deadlines.
