Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of commercial banking professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to deepen relationships with clients and increase market share
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide holistic solutions for clients
- Manage and develop a team of sales leaders to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Proven experience in commercial banking with a strong track record of leadership and sales management
