**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control personnel and activities in the section to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage section inventory and cash register to minimize losses and maximize profits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize team and sales performance.
  • Handle customer requests and special situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure Première Moisson standards are applied consistently throughout the section.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store to ensure seamless operations.
  • Open and/or close the store as required.
  • Supervise the work of team members and carry out customer service tasks, including cash register operations.
  • Train new employees as needed to ensure they meet Première Moisson standards.
  • Replace the assistant manager as needed to ensure continuity of operations.

**Requirements**

  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in spoken English (asset).
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
