Première Moisson is a company dedicated to crafting high-quality bakery, pastry, and deli products using wholesome ingredients and traditional methods. With over 1,200 employees, we operate more than 20 bakeries across Quebec and Ontario.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Supervise and manage the activities of your team within the designated section
  • Oversee inventory management and cash register operations for your section
  • Drive team performance and maximize sales
  • Handle unique customer requests and situations with professionalism
  • Ensure adherence to Première Moisson's standards and procedures
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all our products
  • Coordinate the workflow and organization of one or more store sections
  • Open and/or close the store as required
  • Maintain product display, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards for your team
  • Supervise team members and perform customer service tasks, including operating the cash register
  • Provide training to new employees as needed
  • Act as an assistant manager when necessary
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in a similar or customer-focused role
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices for customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is essential
  • Spoken English proficiency is an asset
  • Independent, dynamic, customer-oriented, and team-oriented personality
